Alaura artworks is a family owned and operated custom frame shop as well as a retail provider of art supplies for the beginner to the professional. Al and Aaron Anderson provide professional advice for custom framing on any projects ranging from needlework, wedding photos, sports jerseys and other memorabilia. We have 1000’s of frame samples to choose from.
Alaura Artworks sells a range of art supplies to the Edmonton, St. Albert and surrounding communities. We stock watercolors, oils, acrylics as well as a range of drawing supplies and the many accessories needed for the student or the more established artist. Al and Aaron are both professional artists and are willing to provide advice in any area that they can.
At Alaura Artworks you will see Al Anderson’s Landscape paintings on display. You will also see abstract paintings by Aaron Anderson who studied Fine art at the University of Alberta and obtained his Bachelor of Fine Arts in 1996.
Al Anderson teaches oil painting classes for adults at Alaura Artworks. His students range from beginners to artists that come on a regular basis. The class sizes are small and it is a very relaxed environment.
